SSL Certificate on mail services

Hi Everyone,

First, sorry for my bad English, i'm French !

I have an OVH VPS on which Plesk 12.5 is installed (the host is Centos 6).
I don't have changed anything in the plesk or service configuration.
All is working fine, except one thing ^^
I would like to setup SSL certificate on mail services (pop3, imap and smtp)
I have the default courier-imap service and the default postfix.
To do that, i followed this tutorial : http://wpguru.co.uk/2014/12/plesk-mail-ssl/

I get the next problem when looking at the Web server Configuration Checker.

Hello,

I'm trying to redirect users to database/mail management pages with automatic login link, while logging in part works ok, I have issues with redirections.

Plesk is installed on different server than my site, and if I try to use "success_redirect_url" param in link url, it will show this error "Original link and target URL should be on the same domain."

It works ok if I prevent browser from sending http referrer to plesk, but I'm not sure if it will work for all user as this...

Backup Error: Broken referencial integrity

Hey to all,

since some days one Plesk 12.5.10 Server on Debian show the following error on nightly scheduled Backup.

Code:
Warning: domain "<domain>"
Broken referencial integrity: Mail id 2060 is not found in mail
- If i grep the whole PSA Databse, im not able find any ID with 2060
- Plesk reapir Command doesnt help

have you any idea what i can check to resolv this issue?

I have a several problem with quota mailbox with plesk 12.5 MU 12...
An mailbox with 5G of quota, that have only 15M of mail, and recieve "temporary failure. Command output: Mail handler 'check-quota' said: REPLY:452:4.2.2 Mailbox full 4.2.1 Message can not be delivered at this time " message.
The problem it seem the "maildirsize" file format ( /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/pedidos/Maildir/maildirsize) :

One sample of this file content in an error case ...

File doesn't exist but permissions for the "sb" directory are set to 755

I do not use sitebuilder neither i intend to use it in the near/medium/long future. Any chance i can remove this or disable so it doesn't create any unecessary problem?

Horde 5.2.6 French characters issue

Hi,

Plesk version 12.0.18
psa-imp-6.2.9-cos5.build1200150706.15
psa-horde-5.2.6-cos5.build1200150819.10


we currently have a issue with horde with french character not being correctly interpreted only on html mode

instead of displaying character like éèà
we see something like éà è in the body message

This is only happening with HTML mode like i said... it working correctly on TEXT mode message

We tried to remove / re-install Horde but didn't help

so im running out of idea

Plesk 12.5 RTM - Cannot connect to FTP

Hello.

No matter what I tried with 12.5 RTM version, I can't get FTP to work. Fresh install CentOS 7.1 updated all packages before installing.

in logs i get:

Sep 28 17:20:28 http01 proftpd[2605]: fatal: ScoreboardFile: : unable to use '/var/run/proftpd/scoreboard': No such file or directory on line 74 of '/etc/proftpd.conf'

SO i created a new directory called /var/run/proftpd/ ( only lasts until restart ) and then i can connect but i'm stuck with this:

Status: Server does not...

Trying to migrate an existing domain from 11.5 to 12.5 servers. Experiencing this new error, never seen this before.

Code:

Hi,

New Server (Dedibox), with Ubuntu 14.04 & Plesk 12

The Raid is Software (no /var partition based on server creation under dedibox space), so help doc gives procedure to move /var/www/vhosts/ to /data/www/

I did it, it moves : /var/www/vhosts/ >to> /data/www/

Everything works, except "Virtual Host Template" under Tools :...

Hi,

get an issue with OS Vendor under php settings.

Picture is attached. "Can not be activated apache module is switch off".

I have no idea what i must check now.

Best way to completely get rid of "statistics_collection"

Hello,
I am running several VMs in a datastore with Plesk 12.5.30 and I ran in disk IO/s trouble because of "statistics_collection" process reading like crazy domains files for hours and hours.
Domains have million of files and I don't really need internal statistics.

I followed this KB article :

http://forum.odin.com/threads/disable-statistics_collector-on-all-domains.283647/

to disable statistics for all domains but I find that every night at midnight "statistics_collection"...

Best way to completely get rid of "statistics_collection"

Wordpress multisite don´t work with php-fpm

I try to use a wordpress multisite with php-fpm but don´t work. I see principal WP dashboard but when select other dashboard mutidomain only see a white page with all links dashboard and when i select a link i have this error: file not fount

Operating system: Ubuntu 14.04 LT
Server software: Httpd 2.4.7-1ubuntu4.8, php-fpm 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4.14, php 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4.14

Hay,

I upgraded from 12 to 12.5.30 all went will until i did a restart.

All sites are on line and mail is working but if i try to login to the admin i get the following error.

ERROR: PleskUtilException
mailmng-server failed: Fatal error: plesk::Exc<&(plesk::ExecCmd::Failed(bool)), plesk::ExDefault>(Execution of /usr/sbin/postconf -d -h mail_version failed with return code 127.
Stderr is

Backup Manager > Backup Scheduled > List Empty ?

Hi,

Another Plesk 12.5 problem (clean installation), I try to schedule whole server every sunday at 05:00, everythings seems to be OK, message I even got message :

Information: The backup task was scheduled.

but empty scheduled list bellow...

No items found.

Nothing pass, I can't retrieve added scheduled tasks.
